Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the transaction processing services provided by CasaJurid on casajurid.digital, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Services Offered

CasaJurid offers real estate transaction processing services, including document review, party coordination, and regulatory submissions, tailored to property transfers and related procedures.

3. User Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, respond to requests in a timely manner, and comply with applicable regional requirements. Failure to do so may delay or prevent the completion of services.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are detailed at the time of purchase or in the service agreement. Payments must be made using the available payment options. Invoices will reference CasaJurid Business ID 058796467.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Standard transaction processing services are eligible for a partial fee credit if a cancellation request is received at least 72 hours before the scheduled start. Requests received later will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Approved credits will be applied to the original payment method within 10 business days. Clients may opt to reschedule services instead of requesting a fee credit, subject to availability.

5.2 Information Products

Purchases of digital materials, such as property process guides or templates, may be refunded within 7 days of the purchase date provided the files have not been downloaded. If download access has been granted, no refund will be issued to protect the integrity of content delivery.

5.3 Goods

Physical items sold by CasaJurid may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in an unused, unopened condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers must obtain a return authorization and ship items at their own expense. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days of receipt.

5.4 No-Refund Services

Certain expedited processing services, including same-day document submission and immediate file preparation, require dedicated resources at the time of purchase and are therefore non-refundable. Clients requesting changes may be offered alternate scheduling based on capacity.

6. Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule service appointments by contacting CasaJurid at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made with less notice may be subject to additional charges or may not be accommodated.
